　　1.機箱面板設(shè)計。機箱面板通常使用型材或冷軋鋼板制作，有時使用鋁合金板，厚度一般為10mm。面板上可能有必要添加裝飾性元素，如絲印或凹凸槽，但這些不應(yīng)影響面板的功能性和牢固性。面板的尺寸和安裝孔的設(shè)計需符合特定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以確保與機柜立柱的兼容性。

　　1. Chassis panel design. The chassis panel is usually made of profile steel or cold-rolled steel plate, sometimes aluminum alloy plate, with a thickness of generally 10mm. It may be necessary to add decorative elements such as screen printing or grooves on the panel, but these should not affect the functionality and firmness of the panel. The size of the panel and the design of installation holes need to comply with specific standards to ensure compatibility with the cabinet columns.

　　2.機柜設(shè)計。在設(shè)計機柜時，需要考慮機柜的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)，如方孔條的間距和位置，以及機柜的高度和深度。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)19英寸機柜中一對方孔條的孔距是固定的466mm。機柜的高度由U數(shù)和余量決定，而深度則取決于機箱的尺寸和滑軌的使用。

　　2. Cabinet design. When designing a cabinet, it is necessary to consider the internal structure of the cabinet, such as the spacing and position of square hole bars, as well as the height and depth of the cabinet. The hole spacing of a square hole bar in a standard 19 inch cabinet is fixed at 466mm. The height of the cabinet is determined by the number of U and safety margin, while the depth depends on the size of the chassis and the use of the rails.

　　3.鈑金機箱外殼設(shè)計。鈑金機箱外殼需要合理展開以節(jié)省材料和便于加工，同時注意間隙和包邊方式。設(shè)計時還需考慮公差、毛刺方向、折彎角內(nèi)半徑等因素。

　　3. Sheet metal chassis shell design. The shell of the sheet metal chassis needs to be unfolded reasonably to save materials and facilitate processing, while paying attention to gaps and edge wrapping methods. When designing, factors such as tolerance, burr direction, and internal radius of bending angle also need to be considered.

　　熱設(shè)計原則。進(jìn)行熱分析和預(yù)計，優(yōu)化傳熱路徑，利用自然通風(fēng)或風(fēng)機散熱，并對熱敏感部件進(jìn)行隔離。

　　Thermal design principles. Conduct thermal analysis and prediction, optimize heat transfer paths, utilize natural ventilation or fan cooling, and isolate heat sensitive components.

　　靜電防護設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則。關(guān)鍵部件如鍵盤和控制面板應(yīng)能直接通過機架接地，以耗散人體靜電。

　　Design criteria for electrostatic protection. Key components such as the keyboard and control panel should be directly grounded through the rack to dissipate static electricity from the human body.

　　EMC（電磁兼容性）設(shè)計原則。采用金屬外殼屏蔽，確保所有散熱孔符合要求，注意電纜布線和接地。

　　EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) design principles. Using a metal shell shielding to ensure that all heat dissipation holes meet the requirements, pay attention to cable routing and grounding.

　　振動沖擊防護設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則。進(jìn)行振動和沖擊分析，確保產(chǎn)品固有頻率與外部振動源激勵頻率保持一定距離，防止共振。

　　Design criteria for vibration and impact protection. Conduct vibration and impact analysis to ensure that the natural frequency of the product is kept at a certain distance from the excitation frequency of external vibration sources to prevent resonance.

　　此外，設(shè)計過程中可能還需要使用的設(shè)計軟件來創(chuàng)建2D機柜模板、添加導(dǎo)軌、線槽、元件等，并更新其長度和位置。
