依據(jù)技術(shù)部提供的鈑金圖(面板開孔圖)檢查是否符合圖紙要求。
Check whether the sheet metal drawing (panel opening drawing) provided by the technical department meets the drawing requirements.
對柜體結(jié)構(gòu)檢查看開關(guān)、機(jī)構(gòu)等一次元器件安裝孔位是否正確。
Check the cabinet structure to see if the installation holes of primary components such as switches and mechanisms are correct.
柜體是否變形、表面是否破損。
Check if the cabinet is deformed and if the surface is damaged.
產(chǎn)品骨架裝配時，其垂直度(采用對角線誤差測定)、平面度、結(jié)構(gòu)要素之間形成的間隙誤差應(yīng)符合表1的規(guī)定。
When assembling the product skeleton, the perpendicularity (measured using diagonal error), flatness, and gap errors formed between structural elements should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
結(jié)構(gòu)在組裝前應(yīng)檢查外殼的防護(hù)等級是否符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定(一般應(yīng)達(dá)到IP30)。

門開啟應(yīng)靈活.門開啟的角度不得小于90°。

電鍍件的鍍層不應(yīng)有起皮，脫落，發(fā)黑，生銹等缺陷，骨架組裝時應(yīng)將有所述缺陷的零件排除出來。
The plating layer of electroplated parts should not have defects such as peeling, peeling, blackening, rusting, etc. When assembling the skeleton, the parts with the aforementioned defects should be excluded.
裝置外表面噴涂層應(yīng)有良好的附著力，不應(yīng)有皺紋、流痕、起泡、雜質(zhì)、刷痕、透底色等缺陷，色澤應(yīng)均勻，表面涂層不應(yīng)有眩光，距裝置1m處目測，同批量裝置及并列使用的裝置不應(yīng)有明顯色差。
