1、用堿洗液清洗

在機(jī)箱機(jī)柜制作成型后并沒(méi)有完全的完工，需要對(duì)它進(jìn)行堿洗，肯定很多人會(huì)有疑問(wèn)，為什么要對(duì)它進(jìn)行堿洗？機(jī)箱機(jī)柜表面沾附很多油污，要售出高質(zhì)量的機(jī)箱機(jī)柜，我們就必須對(duì)其進(jìn)行清潔工作，我們其中一道工序就是對(duì)它進(jìn)行清洗。我前面所提到的堿洗液是采用Na2C03  Na3P04  Na2Si03和添加劑組成。用堿洗液洗完還需用清水進(jìn)行擦洗，目的是擦除堿洗液殘留物。

2、使用去氧化膜

機(jī)箱外殼表面通過(guò)自然形成的氧化膜一般都不均勻且是非連續(xù)薄膜，在對(duì)機(jī)箱機(jī)柜表面涂裝時(shí)必須提前一步對(duì)它進(jìn)行徹 底的處理，對(duì)于壓鑄件來(lái)說(shuō)可使用硝酸來(lái)對(duì)表面進(jìn)行氧化膜處理。去除氧化膜后我們還需用清水進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步處理。

The naturally formed oxide film on the surface of the cabinet shell is generally non-uniform and discontinuous. When painting the surface of the cabinet, it must be thoroughly removed one step in advance. For die castings, nitric acid can be used to treat the oxide film on the surface. After removing the oxide film, we need water for further treatment.
                

3、進(jìn)行化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化

進(jìn)行完前面的幾步后，我們還要對(duì)它進(jìn)行化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化處理，我們需要其表面能夠形成密而均勻的連續(xù)薄膜，這一步的工藝處理等同于對(duì)其進(jìn)行磷化處理，但它們使用的溶液不同。機(jī)箱機(jī)的電子外殼轉(zhuǎn)化膜以鉻酸/鹽酸、磷酸/鹽酸和氟氫酸為基礎(chǔ)，轉(zhuǎn)化膜質(zhì)量通常為215g/㎡，轉(zhuǎn)化膜形成后，必須用清水清洗，然后用熱風(fēng)干燥，以增強(qiáng)膜層的硬度。

After the previous steps, we need to carry out chemical conversion treatment on it. We need to form a dense and uniform continuous film on its surface. The process treatment in this step is equivalent to phosphating treatment, but they use different solutions. The conversion film of the electronic case of the case machine is based on chromic acid / hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid / hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The quality of the conversion film is usually 215g / m2. After the conversion film is formed, it must be cleaned with clean water and then dried with hot air to enhance the hardness of the film.
